1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InvestorSaathi mobile application, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms:
- InvestorSaathi means InvestorSaathi Technologies Private Limited.
- Platform means the InvestorSaathi mobile application, website and associated services.
- User means any individual using the Platform.
- Broker means the SEBI-registered stock broker or broker partner through whom trading services are provided.
- Trading Account means the account maintained by the Broker.
- Order means an instruction submitted by the User for execution through the Broker.
3. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that:
- you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
- you are authorized to operate the connected broker account;
- all information provided is true, complete and accurate;
- you will promptly update inaccurate information.
InvestorSaathi may suspend or terminate access if false or misleading information is provided.
4. Nature of Services
InvestorSaathi is a technology platform that enables users to access broker services through authorized integrations.
InvestorSaathi:
- provides trading interfaces;
- provides portfolio visualization;
- provides watchlists and personalization;
- provides investor profile tools;
- facilitates order routing to integrated brokers.
InvestorSaathi does not itself maintain customer trading accounts or receive customer trading funds.
5. Broker Relationship
Your trading account remains with your respective Broker.
Broker services, execution quality, exchange connectivity, settlement, margin requirements, KYC, and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the Broker.
InvestorSaathi is not responsible for delays or failures caused by broker systems, exchange infrastructure, or third-party connectivity.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- keep your device secure;
- maintain confidentiality of your broker credentials;
- immediately report unauthorized access;
- verify all orders before submission;
- comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
7. Authentication
Access to the Platform requires successful authentication through the supported broker authentication process.
InvestorSaathi does not permanently store your broker password.
Authentication sessions may expire periodically for security purposes.
8. Trading Orders
Orders submitted through the Platform are forwarded to the integrated Broker.
Execution depends upon:
- Broker acceptance;
- Exchange availability;
- Market conditions;
- Margin availability;
- Applicable regulations.
InvestorSaathi cannot guarantee order execution.
9. Market Data
Market prices, charts, option chains, holdings, positions and related information are provided through third-party market data providers and integrated broker APIs.
Although reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate information, delays or inaccuracies may occur.
Market data should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment decisions.
10. Investor Profile
The Investor Profile feature provides educational financial planning outputs generated from information supplied by the User.
These outputs are indicative only and:
- do not constitute investment advice;
- do not create an adviser-client relationship;
- should not be interpreted as recommendations to buy or sell any security.
Users should exercise independent judgment before making investment decisions.
11. Risk Disclosure
Investments in securities and financial markets involve risk.
Past performance does not guarantee future performance.
Users acknowledge that:
- market values fluctuate;
- capital may be lost;
- leveraged products involve additional risks;
- execution delays may occur.
Users should read and accept all applicable broker and regulatory disclosures before trading.
12. Fees and Charges
InvestorSaathi may introduce Platform fees, subscription charges or premium services in the future.
Applicable charges, if any, will be displayed before they become payable.
Brokerage, exchange charges, statutory levies and taxes remain governed by the Broker.
13. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, software, code, design, logos, trademarks, and user interfaces remain the exclusive property of InvestorSaathi or its licensors.
14. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Platform security, reverse engineer systems, automate abusive requests, or use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
15. Suspension and Termination
InvestorSaathi may suspend or terminate access where fraud is suspected, regulations require action, or these Terms are violated. Termination of Platform access does not automatically terminate your broker account.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestorSaathi shall not be liable for trading losses, opportunity losses, exchange outages, broker downtime, or market volatility.
17. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located in Delhi, India.
