InvestorSaathi itself does not hold customer funds or maintain customer trading accounts. Trading accounts are maintained with the respective broker. Orders are executed through integrated broker systems only after receiving user instructions.

InvestorSaathi does not provide personalized investment advisory services unless explicitly stated otherwise in future offerings.

When you log in through the integrated broker authentication system, we may process:

• Broker Client Code
• Authentication status
• Broker session information
• Risk disclosure acceptance status

InvestorSaathi does not permanently store your broker password or OTP.

Where you authorize a broker connection, InvestorSaathi may retrieve information from the broker necessary to provide requested Platform functionality.

InvestorSaathi acts only on your authorized instructions.

8. Automatic Account Creation

If you authenticate successfully through the supported broker integration for the first time, InvestorSaathi may automatically create a corresponding Platform account required to provide the requested services.

This account creation does not create or modify your broker account.

9. Third-Party Service Providers

InvestorSaathi uses trusted service providers for infrastructure and Platform functionality, including services related to:

• Broker connectivity
• Cloud hosting
• Database hosting
• Application deployment
• Caching
• Market data
• Charts
• Error monitoring

These providers process information only to the extent necessary for providing the relevant services.
